either Sonic Adventure 2 or Doom Eternal.

Sonic Adventure 2 is just silly, it's like a 10 to 15second loop of a slightly different version of the main theme but it's got this like added guitar (I'm not a musician AT ALL) that just really kicks it up a notch. hell I even have the mp3 of it that i'll listen on loop for a few minutes.

Also the original Apex Legends menu music and character selection music was VERY good.

I don't think there's going to be another "mass exodus" again. There are people who said that they were going to leave reddit and actually did. Then there are those who said the same but didn't. Those people will never leave until the site shuts down or they're dead. I mean there's not much more Reddit can do to drive people away unless they go on a massive subreddit ban wave on things that shouldn't be banned. or they introduce a subscription plan where you have to pay to "unlock" the site and can view as much content as you want. Even then people WILL pay for that.

But even with the plethora of bots, reposts, karma farming, and power tripping mods people still stick around.

yeah. it's all over the place in the fediverse. I mean hell you can go on almost any peertube instance and instantly find it especially if you view by trending and you know there was like one guy going ham for the night.

Pinterest. Never used the site before as I figured it was just some shopping type site but It's a fantastic place to find unique poses and references. I'll go on there and search for like "action poses" or "dynamic poses" and look at images and think "this pose would be great for this character" or "I'd really like to try drawing something from this perspective"

Like if I find an image with some big guy I'd think "This dude would look awesome as a space marine" or an image of someone striking a really intense action pose and I'd say "Spider-Man would totally do this"

So right now references are really inspiring me.

I wanted to be creative again and I missed it. I mean I'm going to be 42 next week and I realized I hadn't drawn or painted anything in like 20 years. Life just got busy and took that away from me. I used to love drawing, I used to love making webcomics or little zines for friends and what have you. I just wanted a hobby again that didn't involve gaming or anything like that.

So I just started trying again and didn't like what I was making. I thought "I swore I was better than this" so I decided to pick up a cheap Wacom One (the small basic one) and challenge myself to draw every day for 30 days and see if I could get that passion back.

the first week was rough and I wasn't happy with it. It wasn't until like day 6 or 7 that something turned back on in my brain. Kinda like that skill/passion for creating was always there, had long been turned off, and took a week to reboot. It just clicked and it was a sort of "oh yeah I remember how to do this!" moment.

Now it's like I draw something, get to the point I'm happy with it, then like 15min later I want to draw something else. Sort of like an addiction.

I've also noticed that ideas are coming easier to me now and not just for art. but say like Ideas for apps or websites or what have you (I'm a developer in my day job) I just feel creative again overall. and frankly it also makes me feel young again.

ignore him. Thiel lost his marbles from obvious mental illness issues and drug addiction. Going down the same route as John McAfee.

I believe it was released on the C64 a couple days before Halloween and then on the NES and every where else shortly there after so yeah, just before Christmas.

But I mean that was just a common thing for the early to mid 80s when it came to videogames. Just get something out before the holidays with a hot franchise on the box and who gives a rats ass what the game is about or if it's even any good. it'll sell.

I have OVH for dedicated but I've also used their VPS and they're great. They leave me alone, don't hound me for anything, cheap prices, reliable as I've never had issues them. can't complain. They're Euro based but they have servers near me in Montreal so I use that which is great when I put my VPN on there cause now I get student discounts everywhere since my server is at McGill University.

It was a rush job.

The NES and pretty much all home versions of the game were essentially ports of the Commodore 64 game which was the original version. After the films release Colombia Pictures was all "holy shit, we have a hit, we need to capitalize on this ASAP and keep pumping out merch while it's hot". Colombia then went to Activision and offered them the license. Colombia Pictures didn't give a rats ass about the design, the content, or anything the ONLY stipulation they had was get a game out on as many platforms as possible and get it out like yesterday. So what you're playing on the NES is a grand total of a month and a half of work when at the time a game would typically take 6 months to produce.

It's not supposed to be good. It's not supposed to look good. It was simply made to so that something with the name "GhostBusters" was on the shelf in toy stores and sold. and it sold VERY well. it was one of if not the best selling Commodore 64 game of all time...most pirated too.

what helped with me was using pinterest and just looking at poses. like seeing some unique pose and saying "I want to draw that" and using it as reference.
