I agree although part of me feels like the Eberflus hire was forced by the org and his agent but I can't say that for 100% for obvious reasons.

Poles' misses literally are the 'Flus hiring, drafting Velus Jones, and the Claypool.

I feel like he's done a decent job building a young core, just needs to do better w/ a legit coaching hire and continue to spend wisely and hit on draft picks.

I honestly feel like the pros outweigh the cons w/ Poles and I'd be willing to see what he can do w/ an additional year or two.

I know it's all speculation but this got me thinking who are KW's NFL people?

Is he linked to any specific coaches/coaching trees/NFL people?

I know a guy in KC who might be interested, in fact he even has a background in real estate!

Continue to rebuild both lines and add blue chip talent wherever possible. Bring in a new coaching staff when this season ends. Get your qbotf in the 2025 draft.
