Wow fuck, even government-owned insurance is getting scummy. This kinda proof insurance is never an option as a universal healthcare stand-in. Every time people claim some country have universal healthcare but as an insurance scheme, there will always be mites under it.
Fucking calling the program "WISeR" as if they have gotten wiser than to just help people who are sick.
