That averages out to 195 passing yards a game, or just over 3,300 passing yards for a 17 game season. That's pretty dogshit. I like Fields, but he needs to produce more. It doesn;t matter how terrible the coaching is, if you average under 195 passing yards a game, you absolutely shouldnt be a starting QB. And no, I don't care how many rushing yards he has. Scampers here and there are a welcome state, huge rushing numbers aren't a positive for a QB over the long term.

It's probably because the the Manning brothers have the charisma of half a toe
Very few things could be worse for the Bears than the current ownership. In a very general, broad reason, they just don't know what they're doing. They don't know football, they can't identify people that do know football, they can't identify quality GMs, coaches, ect. They're loyal to people that are bad at their jobs, that can't run an organization. They're just....bad at owning a football team, and people are optimistic that a new owner will put football people in charge of the team.
There's a good chance Poles let's him walk because Poles isn't very good at his job. Most of his decisions have been terrible so far.
I was at the game today (life long Michigan Fan). I always thought MHJ was great, but a little over hyped....not anymore. Everything you hear about this dude is true. They didn't target him enough. The separation he gets, speed off the line, routes he runs, his size...watching him on TV just doesn't do it justice. He's working whoever is covering him on every single play, it's a shame his QB is terrible. Fields being the guy the rest of the season and drafting MHJ would be absolutely amazing, and I legit hate him lol.
