I love that the farmers in this article are complaining about being destroyed by climate change. Which doesn't exist according to Trump and will not be even slightly fixed, but made much worse by his policies. Historically it's because the soybean market is growing soy and selling it to China. I think the US demand for soybeans for human consumption is met by US production. You'd have to create a lot of demand to make soybeans worth growing if they aren't selling overseas
