TenForward: Where Every Vulcan Knows Your Name
/c/TenForward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags.
Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

Oh hey, a new jacket.
The alternative:

"I don't CARE how may lights there are. Just turn them off!!"
My wife said I was a nerd for taking one look at that picture and immediately telling her what episode it was. And I'm not saying she's wrong, but I do wish there was a way to monetize that skill.
I'll take a stab, S4E07 "Bellwhistles"
The crew become entrenched in discussion with a sentient skin rash that takes over the crew, and Data has to synthesize a cure using ancient antibiotics who become enamored with the Captain, offering him immortality in exchange for flute lessons, which he refuses.
Honestly, just knowing this is TNG is enough to make you a nerd. That's the level I'm at.
You are an ultranerd. Truly a higher state of nerd. I'm jealous.
"Clues"?
I think so. I don't remember Data putting the crew to to sleep in Brothers and I can't think what else it would be.
clue 1
This happened twice in that episode
clue 2
Data is awake, because he can reliably follow orders
!He was ordered to stay awake.!<
He was awake because the Paxans couldn't incapacitate them. He was ordered to never ever reveal what happened
It feels extra weird because on the Enterprise, every party is an office party.
It's funny how they're all so carefully posed.
Riker going for it casually as always (yeah, Frake had a back problem I know)
Just gotta wonder… with a crew that big… how many of them were in an actually dangerous position when they all got knocked out?

The night before
In the next holodeck Geordi is banging the AI Leah Brahms
I’ve never noticed those lights near the captains chairs before.
Data = That one guy who doesn't drink.
I was back on my feet at 07:00 :)
Now they have to adjust for being out cold for 3 days!
Sorry but the solution in that episode always bugged me.
Real. Except my friends and I didn't get drunk. We just stayed up until 4 am dicking around in Minecraft
