Yeah to bad I don’t have any biases about Stroud or Houston at all. They’re not a rival. What I do see with my eyes since week 3 is a QB standing in the pocket, patting the ball, getting a chance to go through progressions, with receivers always coming open(a good situation for any young quarterback)that’s what I see.

I like how everybody keeps saying the Texans O-Line is just solid. I’ve been watching every Houston game since Week 4, STROUD DOES NOT GET TOUCHED AT ALL! They maybe solid but they’re playing elite. Tunesil, Mason and Taylor were all highly touted at one point. Somebody wanted to argue me because Stroud got sacked 2x yesterday on obvious passing downs because they were losing. Slowik deserves a lot of credit as well. There’s an extreme benefit to protecting your young QB. Stroud’s clock isn’t sped up and he doesn’t have to scramble around looking for open receivers. He would be a dead man behind our O-line.
Slowik, would be bad either. We talk about how can an unproven quarterback can do this and that, he has Johnson and Dell wide open all the time. Houston’s Oline is extremely good from years of drafting high but Slowik is calling a really good games week after week.
The Falcons and Jets should be trying hardest. Patriots might be moving away from Belichick so you don’t want to bring in a new QB with an outgoing coach like we keep doing. Vegas should too but if they’re not talking Crosby or Adams you should go to hell.
Like a damn fool
Laremy Tunsil, Tytus Howard, Shaq Mason, George Fant and injured Kenyon Green are the O-line this is how you get your young QB to succeed.
Progressively sucking over 3-4 years. Houston’s offensive line has crazy talent. I was raving about this early in the season when I watched Houston play and wondering how Stroud was ending up with these good numbers. (We played them last year) Stroud is never under pressure, he pats the ball and is never sped up. Slowik the OC is calling really good games as well. Based on the opponent yesterday Singletary had 150 out of nowhere. Houston’s pass rush isn’t shabby either, Hughes is a dog. Credit them for making the transition from Lovie quickly and timely with a young quarterback coming in. Stroud is not a can’t miss generational talent, HE’S NOT!!!!! He is good, great especially with time to survey the field. But Houston is built properly in the areas you build a football team in, O line and D line. That’s the bottom line.
Quick Question: What’s with the extra good evaluations of other QBs games to slight Justin Fields?
I AM A BEARS FAN FIRST…..I WANT TO WIN NO MATTER WHO THE QB IS…….its getting strange.
